Equipment Requirements

The documentary film is in the English language, one-hour long, and Subtitled in Armenian.

To facilitate the planning of your organization’s film screening, the following equipment and instructions are REQUIRED:

  1. LCD Video Projector 2000 ANSI Lumens, front or rear projection; preferably rear.
  2. DVD Hi8 or BetacamSP Player.
  3. Amplified Stereo Sound System with minimum 2 Speakers.
  4. 15-20 feet Screen (measured diagonally), depending on your hall size.
  5. A knowledgeable Technician to operate the projector, DURING your screening.

These instructions MUST be followed precisely. We need to be at your screening facility at LEAST 1 hour BEFORE the show time to TEST YOUR equipment. The equipment MUST be set-up and the technician PRESENT, PRIOR to our arrival. Thus any unexpected problems can be resolved prior to your film show.

Based upon our years of experience, it is imperative you follow these instructions in order to insure a flawless and successful screening at your event.

Please reserve your rental equipment far in ADVANCE and CONFIRM the above specifications with us, including make and model of your video projector, video player, and screen size, at least 2 weeks PRIOR to your event.

To facilitate your planning, if you are renting a theatre, the sound system and screen are usually built in; you need only rent the video projector and video player. Otherwise, the entire equipment can be easily obtained from your local Video Equipment-Rental Store found in the yellow pages of your local phone book. Please feel free to take this instruction sheet to your local video store to facilitate your rental.
